1. Introduction

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to as99 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. Failure to satisfy any criterion renders your use of the platform unauthorised and your account liable to immediate suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. as99 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any recognised self-exclusion programme at the time of registration.
• You must fund your account using payment methods that are registered in your own name (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other approved methods).

as99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a user is found to have provided false information regarding age or identity, any winnings accrued will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. 21+ only.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on as99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. as99 operates SSL-encrypted connections to protect your data at all times.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify as99 support immediately at [email protected].
• as99 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals.
• All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). as99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

as99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). All transactions are processed in BDT. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

• Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to KYC verification.
• as99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking outages, or public holidays observed in Bangladesh.
• as99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on transactions that are unusually large or appear inconsistent with a player's declared profile.

as99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Please consult the relevant provider for their current fee schedule.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

as99 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. They hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• as99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where evidence of abuse or system exploitation is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via different accounts constitute a breach of these T&C.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Real money is always used first. Bonus funds are used once the real-money balance reaches zero, subject to game eligibility rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any activity that undermines the integrity, security, or fair operation of the as99 platform. The following actions constitute a serious breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to defraud the platform or other players through collusion, chip dumping, or use of automated betting bots.
• Opening multiple accounts (including under different names or using different devices) to circumvent account limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to mask your true geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented platform behaviours to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the as99 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and all game content — is the property of as99 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any as99 content is strictly prohibited.

The as99 trademark, logo, and brand identity are proprietary assets. You may not use, replicate, or display them without prior written authorisation from as99 management. Violations will be pursued through all available legal channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. as99's total aggregate liability to any user for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

as99 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures) may temporarily affect platform availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages where possible.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of as99 should first be directed to our support team at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before seeking any other remedy. as99 maintains detailed records of all player transactions and communications to facilitate fair and evidence-based dispute resolution.

11. Amendments to These Terms

as99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via their registered email address or a prominent on-platform notice.

Your continued use of the as99 platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
